United By Family: Witton Lodge

Witton Lodge Community Association is a dynamic community anchor and landlord. It was established in 1994 by residents to oversee the regeneration of Perry Common, as a response to the announcement that 908 houses would be demolished. Today, the Community Association manages over 200 homes and numerous community facilities including the ground-breaking Witton Lakes Eco Hub.

Through its flourishing Communities programme, the Association supports hundreds of local residents with jobs and skills advice, organising a wide range of environmental projects, and helping people to live healthier lives. Witton Lodge works with local volunteers, communities and partners to host a wide range of community events and activities.
